Open Question: auto accident…i was not at fault- but may need to go to court over property damage suit?
police report was made and witness ect. so I was not at fault lady pulled out in front of me..I have lost work and have back pain–of course we can find just about anyone to do a claim for injury but my truck valued at 3900 retail is the issue we cannot solve. Progressive–the lady who pulled out in front of me’s insurance- doesnt want to give me the value of the truck…also claiming she did not do some of the damage caused in the wreck “previous damage” my butt…my left front bumper is wrapped around the front tire- they did not do the full appraisile thing on it and is trying to make me take 2000 and the truck or 2600 without the truck….what can i do..many people and i agree I need to take them to court but where do we start…my father cosigned and my name is also on the title..will be 18 in 2 months so i already know why this is happening…am female young and gullible or so they think…nope i will not settle for less than is owed and am very distressed have missed school as well as work and sleep to deal with this…am a graduating senior this year and do not need this stress!! suggestinos help!
PS the need for trucks like mine have been valued and sold for over 3-5 thousand easily..have already asked around our town as well as a few others around our hometown
