I purchased an auto insurance agency in the SE Houston Area, the agency I purchased has been in the same spot for over 12 years..I am wanting to get out of the business but my customers have been so loyal that I don’t want to just up and close the door. I am looking for someone to buy my inactive book of business and take all new business that comes in. I am also asking for $10k for them, I am asking for $50k for the complete business….I would love to sublease for $500 which includes rent, lights and large front office space. The customers are loyal and the business is growing. Yearly premium is well over $500k What would be the proper and effective way to make this happen ASAP

Im looking for auto insurance ive never had any before im about to buy a car (first one in my name), and i don’t wanna pay sky high payments, i don’t have good credit and my license was suspended about a year ago but is valid now, the only other moving violation was a speeding ticket. so whats a good company to try for low rates or that don’t use your credit score? oh im in redford,michigan also.
Open Question: can auto body shops do this?
i recently bought a truck that has damage to it. I need 2 new bumpers and a grille. I was wondering since these are body shops if they can give me estimates and order the parts, then assemble the parts to my truck when they arrive.
or are they just for when you get into an accident and have insurance claim they do the stuff for you?
Ok, I may have finally succumbed to the idea of buying a new (used) car. I was thinking hybrid, but I’m not a huge fan of the Prius. Do people have thoughts/suggestions? After doing very minimal research, I’m maybe leaning towards an 05 or 06 Honda Civic?
