I purchased an auto insurance agency in the SE Houston Area, the agency I purchased has been in the same spot for over 12 years..I am wanting to get out of the business but my customers have been so loyal that I don’t want to just up and close the door. I am looking for someone to buy my inactive book of business and take all new business that comes in. I am also asking for $10k for them, I am asking for $50k for the complete business….I would love to sublease for $500 which includes rent, lights and large front office space. The customers are loyal and the business is growing. Yearly premium is well over $500k What would be the proper and effective way to make this happen ASAP
