I’m shipping my 2005 Jaguar S-Type from Los Angeles, California to Gothenburg, Sweden.
I have gotten quotes ranging from $1,800 – $2,700. The company I like the most thus far due to their good consumer reviews and A+ on BBB is named Ocean Star International. They are charging me $2,100 for RoRo + Port fees (ca. 300 EUR) and insurance.

This man lost his job, along with his wife, and didn’t know what to do.
People need to understand health care is not the industry of the future. I predict massive cut backs in this field when it is forced into fiscal reality. Don’t you think it’s kind of odd that the health care industry is continuing the thrive while every other industry is going down? Yeah, because they either bilk the insurance company or bankrupt everyone. All these people that are being hired, do you think they’ll still be around when Obama nationalizes health care, or at least forces hospitals to get their costs in line?

Doctors will probably be ok, nurses will be a little bit better, but the rest of the people will probably be in great danger of losing their jobs.
I remember at some of the doctor’s offices and clinics overseas, there usually is only a receptionist and the doctor or dentist. Some of these places have a whole staff of people here! That woman that had octuplets had 46 people working on her!
The real pain is going to be felt when the hospitals inevitably start majorly cutting back people. I just shake my head when I see all these auto workers retraining for those jobs…how long will they have them?
