Resolved Question: I had two cracks in my windshield for a while and now i want to replace it will the adjuster aprove?
Hey everyone please help me,

I am not sure what to do, I have a 4X4 SUV, and i have two cracks, one is all the way from side to the other, and the other one is beneath it, coming from one side and touching the other crack on the other side.

i called the insurance company to get it fixed a couple of months ago, and they said i didnt have any glass coverage, which i thought i did, so i added it then, and waited, now, i called them again, and scheduled to replace it, while doing so, the lady at the auto glass company told me at the end, that an Adjuster will have to look at it the day i will fix it and send a confirmation to the insurance company that the info is correct, before she told me that, i was getting a claim on the phone, right there, and the rep from the insurance company asked me when it happened, i said, i wasnt sure but a couple of weeks ago, she insisted on getting a date, so the girl at the auto glass told me they just need any date to document, so i gave her a date that was two weeks ago, and i forgot to tell the lady at the counter that i had 2 cracks not one, didnt think it would make a difference, so when she told me that an adjuster was going to look at to give the insurance company a confirmation that the info is correct, i started to think wether i should let them fix it, or not, i didnt want them to stick me with the bill if the insurance didnt pay for it because i said two weeks, and the adjuster can tell that these cracks have been going on for a while.

so what should i do?? what do u think the adjuster will do?
does it make a difference about the date to them?? should i take the car to be fixed?
